Localmint.com provides a directory of location, opening hours, contact information and other details (hereinafter referred to as the "Content”) relating to the businesses listed via the Service. We provide this Content for personal and non-commercial use to our users.
1. DISCLAIMER. The Service endeavours to provide Content that is accurate and reliable, however, the Content is presented "as is" and "as available" and the Service makes no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding the accuracy of the Content accessible on or through the Service. The Service shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Service.
2. THIRD PARTIES. Any communication or commerce conducted with third parties contacted via the Service is between you and said third parties. The Service shall not be held liable for any damages you may suffer by entering into such communications or commerce with said third parties.
3. INDEMNITY. You, as a user of the Service, agree that you use it at your own risk. You also agree to hold harmless the Service and their affiliates, directors, officers and employees from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees associated with any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you.
4. PROHIBITED USE OF THE SERVICE. At all times you agree to refrain from using the service in any way that would interfere with its functionality or post or upload any information that violates any law. The Service reserves the right to remove any information, material or content that you post, upload, publish or otherwise use on the Service at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. WEB SCRAPING/HARVESTING. It is strictly prohibited to plagiarise the Content of the site by scraping, extracting, replicating, mirroring or collecting it by any means.
7. COPYRIGHT. All Content made available via the Service is protected by copyright and permission to use or reproduce it is only granted in respect of personal and non-commercial use by our users, unless prior consent has been obtained in writing from Localmint Limited.
8. TRADE-MARKS. Trade-marks displayed on the Service may not be used without the express permission of the trade-mark owner in writing.
9. CHANGES. These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Localmint Limited at any time. Where amendments are deemed to immaterial they will take effect immediately. Where amendments are deemed to be material they will become effective 30 days after the date they are first published. In such cases the date of publishing shall be disclosed at the end of the document. Any user continuing to use the Service after such amendments come into effect shall be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
10. PRIVACY POLICY. The Service’s Privacy Policy is a binding and integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. MISCELLANEOUS. These Terms and Conditions and all other documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between the Service and you with respect to your use of the Service. Should any clause or clauses contained in these Terms and Conditions be deemed to be void or otherwise unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
12. GOVERNING LAW Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
13. USE OF LOCATION TECHNOLOGIES You can turn off location-based services at any time by going into the Settings menu of your smartphone and disabling the feature. If you disable location-based services, you will not be able to access or use certain features of the Localmint.com service, such as the “search from current location” function.
